About The Razor
Understanding that time is often critical in our business, we can not always count on or wait for conditions to be favorable or at least acceptable during harvest season. We grew up as farmers just like you and because of our understanding of the real world of farming we know our Razor(the most efficient rock beater) will benefit you in the most difficult conditions. Whether it comes to wet conditions due to rain or lowland spots that might just be a bit greener then we would like, the Razor will keep the waste discharging and you on your schedule.
The design for the Razor is a result of our personal experience and the desire to improve what is often a very challenging time of the year, having gone through wet seasons, or just a tough schedule, like so many of you,
we know the Razor will benefit you and the results will be obvious.
Your standard oem beater blade has an opening of 1 3/4 inches when it sweeps past the wear angle bar and has a maximum opening 2 3/4 inches.
in wet conditions this area can get choked off and plugged, forcing you to stop and clear it out.
With the Razor Rock Beater, you get an increased opening of over 2 inches when it sweeps past the wear angle bar
with a maximum opening of 4 inches.
This clearance with the additional benefit of our patented twist of 70% that is always exposed, helps feather the crop out and give a smoother feed to the rotor, thus
improving your performance and decreasing down time.
