Hear what our customers are saying about the Razor Rockbeater.

"The improved feed with the Razor in tough conditions is remarkable. I harvest some green stemmed beans as well as barley where the grain is 18% and the straw still has a green tint to it. The Razor's proficiency in these tough conditions really pays off, where the standard beater will choke on a wad of straw, the Razor feathers it out. The key to maximizing combine capacity is giving the rotor an even feed, the Razor does this flawlessly and delivers a side benefit of a greatly improved drive chain life.”

Primary crops: corn, soybeans, wheat "Replacing my oem rock trap beater with "The Razor" was the single biggest improvement I have made to my CIH 1680. It has made a huge improvement in harvesting green stem beans. It is amazing how the Razor evens out material flow from the feeder to the rotor with no more backfeeding. It has improved feeding, threshing, and offers great rock protection. Thank you Carl, for an excellent product. ”

Primary crops: corn, soybeans "we put the Razor beater in a 2388 and a 1680 the first year and greatly improved the feeder capacity. The next year we put the third Razor in the other 1680 because it worked so well in the other two combines. I also seen reduced wear on feeder house parts, shafts, sprockets, reverser chains and feeder chains because of the better flow through the feeder house into the rotor!

We put it in our 1660 and with in five minutes of straight cutting wheat my son and I noticed a remarkable difference in the even smooth feeding of wheat to the rotor. As the sun went down and the straw is getting tough but the kernels are still dry the razor allowed us to go longer in the evening. I thought I was impressed in wheat but the Razor really shined when we got to the soybeans. Most noticeable was when one came to a spot than may have some green stems in it, the constant and smooth feeding saved wear and tear on the machine and my nerves. I may trade combines but the different machine will definitely have a razor in it before we begin harvest. Small investment that makes a BIG difference."

The Razor continues to deliver as expected, helping our harvest be a successful one."

"I really enjoyed your new rock beater, this is making the 1680 run smoother and inhales crop faster -- I can start sooner in the morning and run later in soybeans at night -- the machine has less throat noise and is easy on the crop -- less cracking and very even feeding 35 percent more capacity -- thank you."
